  • Recognised as a Trainer by the General Medical Council
  • Approved under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act (1983)
  • Specialisms include: ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorder, perinatal psychiatry and psychotic disorders

Dr Hareem Siddiqui is a qualified Psychiatrist (CCT) and received her specialist training in the Luton and Bedford area. She has a wide experience of clinical work expanding over a period of 14 years and is well rounded and culturally sensitive with a commitment to providing assessments and the medical and psychological management of a wide range of mental health problems including ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorder, perinatal psychiatry and psychotic disorders.

She has a special interest in ADHD and perinatal psychiatry and also has a good understanding of various psychological interventions and uses them in day-to-day practice. She also has an in-depth understanding of the Mental Health Act and has worked as an independent Section 12 doctor in Luton and Bedford. She has proven success in leadership and organisational development and has lead QI projects for services interface between primary and secondary care. She is currently working
as a Consultant in Crisis Resolution, in the home treatment team, and providing care to a caseload of high-risk patients in the community. She has a keen ear for listening, is an easy-going person and is always patient with her patient’s needs
