Olga practices pluralistic therapy, which integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural, existential-humanistic and brief psychodynamic therapies. Moreover, she is trained in Gestalt therapy, mindfulness and Ericksonian hypnosis, the elements of which she integrates into her practice. With a client’s willingness, she uses hypnotic techniques to achieve therapeutic change, in particular when working with clients suffering from anxiety, stress, phobias or compulsions. By incorporating various therapeutic methods, adapted to each client’s needs, she helps them to achieve their treatment goals in the most effective way.
Olga works with people of various ages and backgrounds on a wide range of psychological difficulties. She has knowledge and clinical experience in areas such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, anger, social anxiety, panic, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-harm, suicide and addiction.
